We started the first level of our times table program today and students have made themselves "flash cards." They are to study these flash cards until they can score 100% on a 40 Question - one minute quiz. When they accomplish 100%, twice in a row, they will move to the next level. 40 Question quizzes will be done on Tuesdays and Fridays each week.
If you have decided NOT to purchase school supplies from the school, please make sure your child has the following:
1 inch binder (minimum size)
Subject dividers
Lined loose leaf refill paper
Plain loose leaf refill paper
graph loose leaf refill paper - Quad 4 to 1" sheets
Exercise Books (Hilroy Redi-Tabs Ruled 40 pages 27.6 x 20.3)
Hilroy Studio Scrap Book - 30 Sheets (30.4 cm x 25.4 cm)
Pens - blue

White Erasers
Box of 24 pencil crayons

WELCOME TO DIVISION 2!!
It was so nice to see the smiling faces this morning and spend some time getting to know a little about each of my new INTERMEDIATE students! So far, we have 24 grade 4 students in our class and we are looking forward to a great year!

It was a great day of team building and working with expectations - the Aberdeen Matrix!
At approximately 8 am tomorrow morning, the 2013 - 2014 class lists will be posted on outside doors. Students are to report to their new class when the 8:20 bell rings.

Welcome Back!
I hope you all had an enjoyable summer break!
It was nice to see all the familiar faces this morning and hear about their summer adventures.
Tomorrow and Thursday mornings, students will be returning to their last year's classroom as we are going to be working in multi-age groups.
We hope to have students in their new classes after lunch Thursday.
