Yesterday, we sent home a "Personal Information Consent" form, an "Outside Media in Schools" form, a "Technology: Student Acceptable Use" form and a permission slip for our first field trip!
Please read them
carefully, sign and return as needed. The back of the "Outside Media in
Schools" form only needs to be completed if you wish to register an
objection to the publication of your child's personal information by
outside media at school events.
Spelling sentences were due today
A number of the
students are finding the Math textbook difficult to follow. As a result,
we will be taking some extra time covering the first few chapters.
Those students comfortable with the text are continuing ahead.
Math Reflect question and At Home question on page 9 due tomorrow
A few students still need to complete Math, Unit One - Key Word Definitions (page 5) in their Math Journals
Please note: All "Reflect" questions and "At Home" questions from the textbook will also be answered in the Math Journal.
There will be
an Open House at the school TODAY, Tuesday, September 24th from 6:00 to 7:00
pm (just before the PAC meeting). Everyone is welcome! Hope to see you this evening!
The Terry Fox Run will be held Thursday, September 26th at 1:30 pm - families welcome !
